Halberd, Mantlets, and Corpses

Most recently added a halberd wielder, mantlets (spiked and non-spiked portable walls), and soldier corpses.

The halberd soldier is intended to be stronger than the sword wielding intro enemy, and can chase you down quickly, and swing the halberd in a wide arc.
